Clubhouse & Pool Information

General – Applies to all facilities

  1. The facilities are for the exclusive use of dues-paying members of the Strawberry Field Homeowners’ Association and guests as limited by these rules and regulations.
  2. Guests must be accompanied at all times by a member of the property owner’s household. Out-of-town guests who are staying at a residence within the subdivision may use the facilities without being accompanied by the member, but are subject to the guest limitations. Members are responsible for the conduct of their guest(s).
  3. The facilities may not be used for any commercial purposes.
  4. Each person is responsible for properly disposing of his/her own trash and garbage.
  5. No pets are permitted on the grounds or within any of the facilities.
  6. The association will not be responsible for any personal articles left in the facilities.
  7. Any disturbance or trespassing by unauthorized people should be reported directly to the police.

Clubhouse Reservation Calendar

Clubhouse

  1. Normal clubhouse hours are from 9:00 am until 10:00 pm on Sunday through Thursday, and from 9:00 am until 12:00 midnight on Friday and Saturday. The hours may be extended until 12:00 midnight on Sunday through Thursday for special functions when the facility has been properly reserved.
  2. The clubhouse may be reserved on a first-come basis for special functions by submitting a request two (2) weeks in advance of the event. To reserve the clubhouse, dues must be current. If the reserving member fails to promptly clean the facility in a satisfactory manner, a $50 fee to cover the cost of cleaning services will be assessed.
  3. Reservations will be limited to a four (4) hour period maximum with a two (2) hour lapse between reserved functions to allow usage by other members.
  4. The clubhouse may NOT be reserved on any holiday.
  5. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights are considered “Family Swim Nights” for neighborhood families, and the Clubhouse & Pool cannot be reserved during those times.
  6. During the normal peak swimming season while the pool is open, the clubhouse may NOT be reserved until after 6:00 pm on Saturday and Sunday and the Reserved Signs may NOT be placed outside the building more than one hour prior to the event.
  7. The number of guests is limited to four (4) per residence, or one (1) per member of the household, whichever is greater, except at reserved functions.
  8. Use of the gas fireplace and gas grill is restricted to adults.
  9. No smoking is permitted inside of the clubhouse facility.
  10. The microwave and refrigerator should be wiped and cleaned after each use.  No food items should be left in the refrigerator.
  11. The last person leaving the clubhouse should turn off all lights, pickup and dispose of all trash, and lock all windows, gates, and doors.

Pool

  1. Members and guests use the pool at their own risk. THERE IS NO LIFEGUARD.
  2. The pool gates must be kept closed at all times.
  3. Pool hours and reservation limitations are the same as previously detailed for the clubhouse.
  4. The number of guests is limited to four (4) per residence or one (1) per member of the household, whichever is greater, except at reserved functions.
  5. Children under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by an adult, and be under adult supervision at all times.
  6. No diving, running, pushing, or other horseplay is allowed in the pool area.
  7. Floats, beach balls, etc. should NOT be used during peak times so that all may enjoy the pool.
  8. Every swimmer and sunbather must be properly attired with swimming suits intended for this purpose.
  9. No glass containers are permitted within the fenced area of the pool.
  10. No alcoholic beverages of any kind are permitted within the fenced area of the pool.
  11. No smoking is permitted within the fenced area of the pool.
  12. No eating or drinking is permitted in the pool water.
  13. The last person leaving the pool in the evening should lock the gates, put down all umbrellas, pickup and dispose of all trash, and lock the clubhouse.

Tennis Court

  1. No one is permitted within the fenced area of the tennis court except during the permitted playing hours of daylight until 10:00 pm.
  2. The court lights should not be used in the morning hours.
  3. Tennis court usage is on a first come basis.
  4. Playing time shall be limited to one (1) hour if other players are waiting for the court.
  5. Appropriate footwear, tennis shoes, or sneakers must be worn on the court.
  6. No food or drink is allowed within the court fence with the exception of drinking water in non-breakable containers.
  7. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult and be under adult supervision at all times.
  8. No more than four (4) players shall use the court at any one time.

Note

  1. These rules and regulations are subject to modification and extension as required to accommodate future unforeseen situations or circumstances.
  2. Violation of any rule or regulation for the use of the facilities may result in temporary or permanent suspension of usage privileges.
